Energy Retailers are an emerging market for TPi Billing Solutions. One client in particular was dissatisfied with the offerings available for consolidating, tracking and billing Natural Gas. TPi's experienced programming staff went to work on developing custom software for this Natural Gas provider. Along the way, we integrated billing functions and gave the client's customers the options to receive their bills by email, fax, online, or mail.

TPi is currently developing a similar process for another energy partner where, until now, they were printing their invoices and revenue statements on their office printers, and then gathering the personnel together to hand collate and fold the mail. Our processes should be able to bring them into the 21st century, not only by removing all the manual work for them, allowing electronic data transfers and automated mailings, but also by offering their customers statement delivery by electronic means.
