Our Customer Service Representatives consistently provide
high quality and efficient customer support via inbound and
outbound calls.
Through active listening to the customer, clarifying and
assessing customer needs, and resolving billing and other
service issues in a prompt and effective manner , we provide
extraordinary customer support.
Successful candidates will be detail oriented, ambitious,
and possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems
simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a minimum
of two years of relevant experience is required.
