Our Collectors assist customers in resolving various levels
of delinquency on accounts with the goal of customer satisfaction
and retention
By providing optimal customer service through active listening,
analysis of account and conflict resolution, we successfully negotiate
payment on accounts.
Successful candidates will be multi task oriented, and possess
the ability to manage an assigned workload of collection accounts
in a manual dialing environment while meeting performance/attendance
guidelines. Outstanding communication skills, FDCPA knowledge and
a minimum of two years collections experience required.
